I can't access my Shopify account

We're sorry to hear that you cannot access your Shopify account! First, we recommend trying to reset your password: Visit https://shop.gennev.com/account/login and enter your account's email to start resetting your password. You'll then receive a password reset email with the subject line, "Reset Your Gennev Customer Account Password." Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folders, sometimes our emails appear there!

If you see an error message that your email is not recognized or you do not receive the password reset email, then you most likely did not complete creating a Shopify account while filling in your delivery information during check out. To create an account, click this link, fill out the form and follow the steps.

If you still cannot access your account, please email us at support@gennev.com with the email address attached to your order or subscription. A member of our Care Team will manually email you an invitation to create your Shopify account.
