Shopify says I have to activate or verify my account
We're sorry to hear that! When you first purchased from our store, you should've received an email inviting you to verify your new account with us. Search your email inbox for an email with the subject line, "Verify Your Gennev Store Account".
If you cannot find the email, then we recommend trying to reset your password. Visit
and enter your account's email to get a password reset email. The email will have the subject line line, "Reset Your Gennev Customer Account Password." Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folders, sometimes our emails appear there!
If you still do not receive an email to verify your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email attached to your order or subscription. Our Care Team will manually send you an invitation to finish creating your Shopify account.
Please note: If your payment has already been processed and order is being fulfilled, then I cannot guarantee that any changes to your delivery address or payment method will be updated in time.
