I want to cancel my Gennev product subscription

We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your subscription! Here are the steps to cancel:
  1. Log into your Account at https://shop.gennev.com/account/login.
  2. Once logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions" to the right of your screen if you're on desktop. If you're on your phone, then scroll down past your previous order history and you'll see the link at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on "Subscriptions" next to "Home" at the top of your screen if you're on laptop. If you're on your phone, click on the menu button and choose "Subscriptions."
  4. Click on the product or subscription you'd like to cancel. Sometimes, our customers have more than one subscription, so this additional step lets you customize multiple orders!  
  5. Scroll to the bottom and choose "Cancel subscription." Share the reason why you'd like to cancel this subscription. We're always looking for ways to improve our products and services, so we take your feedback seriously!

Having problems accessing your account? Please note: We notify subscribers that payment is about to be processed 3 days before the next fulfillment date. We cannot issue refunds if your payment has already been processed and your order is being fulfilled.
