Yes! You can use your FSA/HSA funds for Gennev products and services. You will have to file for reimbursement with youe FSA/HSA benefits management company. We do not accept FSA/HSA debit cards at this time.
Please be aware that different benefits administrators have different levels of requirements in terms of documentation. If you are unsure, we recommend scheduling a telemedicine appointment with one of our doctors and requesting a letter of medical necessity for which ever products and services are applicable for you. The letter can also cover the cost of the telemedicine appointment itself. If you need to request a duplicate receipt, just email support@gennev.com.
