Can I use FSA/HSA to pay for my Gennev products and services?

Yes! You can use your FSA/HSA funds for Gennev products and services. To do this, you will want to reach out to support@gennev.com and request a detailed, itemized receipt. Our team is happy to provide you with the documentation requested by your FSA/HSA management company. Some FSA/HSA debit cards may be accepted at the time of purchase.

Please be aware that different benefits administrators have different levels of requirements in terms of documentation.  If you are unsure, we recommend scheduling a telemedicine appointment with one of our doctors and requesting a letter of medical necessity for whichever products and services are applicable for you.  The letter can also cover the cost of the telemedicine appointment, so book your appointment today.
