Can I join my Gennev appointment from the car?

Safety will always be the number one priority at Gennev. In order to support safe driving practices for our patients and those on the road with our patients, our doctors and coaches are not able to conduct any appointments with patients who are driving. If you find that you will be operating a motor vehicle during your scheduled appointment time, please reschedule your appointment time or reach out to our Patient Coordinator at support@gennev.com. You are able to conduct an appointment if you are in your car, but not driving or in control of the vehicle. 

If a patient joins an appointment while driving, the provider will immediately disconnect from the appointment, and the patient will need to reschedule. A refund is not guaranteed under these circumstances, so it is important to make arrangements for an appointment time when you can be stationary and in front of your computer.
