What is Gennev's No-Show Policy for Appointments?

Out of respect for providers who begin preparing for appointments in advance, we request appointments be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time in exchange for a full refund. Patients who do not show up to their schedule appointment will be charged a $50 no-show fee.


Gennev appointments are expected to start and end on time. If the patient logs on late, the provider will attempt to accommodate the full allotted time, but an extension cannot be guaranteed due to a full patient schedule. The provider will wait up to 10 minutes for a 30-minute appointment. After this time the patient is considered a “no show."
