What is Gennev's No-Show Policy for Appointments?

Out of respect for providers who begin preparing for appointments in advance, we request that patients complete their medical intake forms 48 hours in advance of the appointment time. Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged a $100 fee.

Gennev appointments are expected to start and end on time. If the patient logs on late, the provider will attempt to accommodate the full allotted time, but an extension cannot be guaranteed due to a full patient schedule. The provider will wait up to 10 minutes for a 30-minute appointment. After this time the patient is considered a “no show."
