Can I use my phone to join my appointment?

Yes. The Gennev telehealth platform works on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. Just make sure you have a strong internet connection and are not in a loud environment. 

We also ask that you join the call with your video camera on, but understand if you'd prefer to stick to an audio-only call. We also ask that you are not driving during the call, as that could create an unstable or dangerous environment.
