Can I use my phone to join my appointment?

While the Gennev telehealth platform works on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers, using a desktop computer is the most reliable way to join an appointment. Additionally, it is important to ensure you have a strong internet connection in an environment with minimal background noise 

We also ask that you join the call with your video camera on. We have a strict "no driving" policy during a Gennev telemedicine or RDN visit, as that could create an unstable or dangerous environment for yourself and others.
