How do I access the Telehealth platform for an appointment with my Gennev doctor?

Either five days before your appointment date or at the time of booking, whichever is sooner, all patients will receive a text message and email to complete their check-in.


Check-in is required to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment, or the appointment will be cancelled. This policy is in place so that our doctors can take the time to individually review each patient's medical history prior to the appointment, which aligns with Gennev's gold standard of patient care.


Once check-in is completed, you will be all set to join your appointment and can expect to receive the link to join your visit via text and email thirty minutes prior to your appointment. If you do not receive this link, please text our Patient Coordinator for support at 206-895-4292.
