How do I access the platform for an appointment with my Gennev provider?

Either five days before your appointment date or at the time of booking, whichever is sooner, all patients will receive a text message and email to complete their check-in.


Check-in is required to be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment. A $100 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. This policy is in place so that our doctors can take the time to individually review each patient's medical history prior to the appointment, which aligns with Gennev gold standard of patient care.


Once check-in is completed, you can expect to receive the link to join your appointment via text and email. If you do not receive this link to join, please email our Patient Care team directly at support@gennev.com
