What is "self check-in?"

Similar to an in-person clinical visit, you will have to complete the necessary forms for your appointment any time after receiving the self-check-in prompt. 

During the check-in process, you will verify your current information and complete the medical intake forms necessary for your appointment. 

We ask that you complete the self check-in using the link you received post booking via text or email within 24-hours of your appointment time or the appointment will be auto-canceled. This policy is in place so that our doctors have ample time to review your patient notes prior to joining your telemedicine visit.
