How can the practitioner diagnose me without seeing me in person?

When it comes to menopause, diagnoses are based on information: what you’re experiencing, how long it’s been since your last period, how severe your symptoms are, and what lifestyle choices you’re making that could impact your menopause and medical history.

You may have heard you’ll need hormone tests to determine if you’re in menopause, but generally, those tests aren’t as helpful as a conversation with an expert practitioner.

It’s possible that during your conversation, your Gennev practitioner may determine you need to be seen in person by a doctor, in which case you’ll be informed immediately.
