My order is being sent to the wrong delivery address.

We email our subscription holders 3 days before payment is processed as a reminder to check on your delivery address. If you have recently moved, please confirm your delivery address with your subscription.

If you enter an incorrect delivery address and our system has accepted it, please reach out to our Support team as soon as possible at support@gennev.com. If your order is already in the process of being delivered, we will try our best to update the delivery address.
