I need to update my delivery address
We will email you a couple days before your billing and delivery date. If you change your delivery address after you have been billed, we cannot confirm that your updated address will be captured in time. When an order leaves our fulfillment center, we are unable to change the delivery address. Once an order has completed the fulfillment process and you receive a tracking code, we recommend reaching out to the delivery carrier to intercept the new order.
1. Log into your account at https://shop.gennev.com/account/login. If you do not remember your password, click "Manage Subscriptions Without Password" and follow the steps to get a code by email or phone number.
2. Click Subscriptions on the left. Choose the subscription that you'd like to update the shipping address.
3. Click "Update my info" and enter your new Shipping address.
4. Click Submit.
