I need to skip an order

1. Log into your account at https://shop.gennev.com/account/login. If you do not remember your password, click "Manage Subscriptions Without Password" and follow the steps to get a code by email or phone number.

2. Click on the Subscription that you'd like to skip.

3. Click "Skip next order" and follow the steps to approve a delay. Alternatively, you can also choose a new Delivery Date by selecting "Set next order date".
