Do I need a referral to see a LifeStance therapist?

Yes, you will need to see a Virtual Clinic provider prior to receiving a referral. After completing our screening process, your Virtual Clinic provider will determine if you're a candidate for mental health services and refer you to the LifeStance Care team. From there, LifeStance will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule your appointment with a provider on their team.
